2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely payments, and necessary documents for transactions. Failure to do so may delay or cancel services.

3. Fees & Payments

Brokerage fees, deposits, and commissions are charged in accordance with UAE regulations and will be clearly communicated before finalizing any deal. Payments must be made in full before transfer of rights or completion of lease/sale agreements.

4. Property Information

While we strive for accuracy, property details, images, and prices are for marketing purposes only and may differ from the final transaction terms.

5. Liability

Dary Real Estate is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or changes in market conditions affecting property value or availability.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client data will be handled in compliance with UAE data protection guidelines. We will not share personal information without consent, except where legally required.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

8. Amendments
